We are conducting an observational study in adults to understand how lifestyle disruptions appear in wearable device data. This study is conducted entirely remotely using your own wearable device over a 3-week period and will take approximately 1 hour in total. Participation is voluntary. If you are selected to participate, you will be eligible to receive a digital Amazon gift card of up to $20 based on your level of participation. Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability.
